As the name Adria Trade suggests, we are a trading company based and operating in the Apls-Adriatic area. The purchase, processing and sale of secondary raw materials for the steel industry represents our company's core business. However, we supply different kinds of equipment and machines to the local industries too.
Trade of secondary raw materials
Suppling steel and metal scrap in the form of secondary raw materials and / or waste, we are a safe partner for scrap consumers. In spite of the wide range of existing products, our activity is mostly focused on the trade of steel and cast iron skulls resulting from the recycling of steel making slag. Our extended access to high-quality sources of raw materials all over the European Union is a guarantee of secure, punctual and steady supplying capability. Reliability, extensive experience and efficiency allow us to be a leading supplier for domestic and foreign steel mills and foundries.
Processing of scrap metal
Scrap metal of various kinds and industrial by-products are processed at our partner's recycling plants resulting in different products of added value, which are directly fed into the economic cycle in the steelworks and foundries as secondary raw materials. Our partners have developed their own plants, machinery and methods for the processing and manufacture of scrap products in order to supply steelworks and foundries with specifically required raw materials. In addition to shredder systems, scrap shears, rail breakers and sorting plants, baling and briquetting presses are also used.
Logistics
In order to combine and coordinate the material streams, we have organised a logistic structure that allows us to deliver every supply – by road, rail and water - just in time, increasing efficiency while decreasing our customer's inventory costs by receiving goods only as they are in need for the production process. Taking advantage of our strategic position along the North Adriatic coast we can perfectly combine different ways of transportation and offer, on completion of our logistic services, handling and warehousing of any kind of cargo at very competitive rates.
